The AYP Chamber Program 

 

American Youth Philharmonic

 

The Ensemble da Camera of Washington’s commitment to education has been enhanced by their partnership with the American Youth Philharmonic . This has offered the opportunity to work with talented middle and high school students and college students as well.

 

This year, the EDCWashington has been honored with grants  from the National Endowment for the Arts for their work with the Chamber Program at the AYPO.

 

With the AYPO the Ensemble works with selected groups of students throughout the year in private coaching and open to the public masterclasses with the objective of offering the kind of chamber music experience that is only offered in a conservatory environment or in colleges.
